As a personal project, Shawn and Jessica looked to nature and geometry to create a geodisic dome on an undeveloped mountaintop site overlooking the Topa Topa Mountains. Derived from a kit by Pacific Domes, the dome was built from metal conduit, powder coated in safety orange, and covered in a treated canvas skin. The open-plan interior was furnished with mid-century pieces from Eames and Tobia Scarpa.
