Despite opening nearly a decade ago, Parc remains Philadelphia’s highest grossing restaurant. To complement the archetypal French cuisine, SHD sought to recreate the definitive brasserie experience as authentically as possible. In addition to importing a vintage bar top from France, SHD traveled extensively in Europe, sourcing pieces to craft their signature level of meticulous detail.
