Inspired by classic “Old Hollywood” style with a nod to film history, the Hollywood Canteen was the first of Shawn Hausman's now-legendary restaurant designs. With an Airstream situated in the garden, the main dining space was accessed as if through a portal returning guests to the historic glamour of 1940s Los Angeles.
